SIX ROOMS HAVE INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLED AIR-CONDITIONING AND HEATING AS WELL AS CEILING FANS
As a result of the scorching heat of 2003 we have installed individually controlled air-conditioning in 6 of our rooms. The North rooms together with the upstairs rooms and Carriage House, we feel, do not require air-conditioning and have adjustable speed ceiling fans as well as free standing fans.

All rates are per person, based on double occupancy and include a full continental breakfast. This consists of fresh fruit, melon, a choice of fruit juices, various cereals, fresh croissants and brown crusty bread purchased fresh from the local bakery, toast, boiled, poached or scrambled eggs, homemade preserves, yoghurts, tea or coffee.

The Carriage House and the West Room have en-suite shower rooms, whilst all the other bedrooms, have an en-suite bathroom. Complementary toiletries including hairdryers are proved in all the rooms.

You can also use our availability form to request information. We will preliminary book your choice of room whilst you investigate flights. Once these are confirmed, return to us for our confirmation of reservations or complete the booking form and return it by fax, or email.

Upon receiving our confirmation please send a 50% deposit as a cheque made payable to Shaun Murphy to us here in Menorca, together with full names and addresses of all persons in your party, together with the rooms you require and in additon the following details: - dates of your holiday, flight number, local departure airport and ETA Mahon. Also any other relevant information such as dietary needs, double or single beds required etc.

The balance of your account will be due for payment six weeks before your stay with us and we accept most forms of payment, cash, euro and personal cheques with bank card details and both VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards."

Directions to Matchani Gran

1) Follow the exit signs from the airport and you drive to a roundabout with an obelisk in the middle.

2) Here turn left, 3rd exit, sign Cala En Porta and Sant Climent.

3) Follow this very straight road for about 1K and as you enter Sant Climent turn left, signed Canutelles and Binibeca.

4) Follow this road for about 1 kilometer and on your left you will see the entrance to Matchani Gran flanked by two large round, white pillars with balls on top and painted with pink (Menorcan pink) bands.

5) The driveway is very straight and flanked by 100 trees, about 1/3 kilometer long, park in the car park and walk around to your right through a gate under the house crest, past the entrance porch, through another gate and to your left you will find the bar with someone waiting to greet you with a complimentary drink.
